Games and movies from the past may still bring you entertainment to this very day but there are a huge amount of extremely lousy games and movies which are amusing only in reflecting upon how bad they truly are.  To that end, here is a short “review” of three video commentators which you should really check out sometime.

Prominently having videos on YouTube, I found this commentator when randomly browsing that video site.  The topics of review are old lousy video games and reviews are delivered in a nice generally family friendly format and each video usually leads to the “destruction” of the reviewed item in question.

It doesn’t take long to view all the reviews made which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, except for the fact that future reviews take an extremely long time to be created and posted.  Since one review generally covers one game, there are many games that have yet to be reviewed as well.  So, while this is a good source to start with, you will likely want to find additional reviewers.

Angry Video Game Nerd | website

Where The Irate Gamer is a more family friendly reviewer, the Angry Video Game Nerd (AVGN) is on the opposite side of the spectrum.  Swearing quite a bit (and inventing new words as he goes), this reviewer shares his feelings about lousy video games in an extremely verbal way.  However, this adds to the humor of each review and you won’t generally mind the swearing as time goes on.  Still, the more mature context of these reviews should be noted.

With tons of reviews spanning several years, you will be entertained for quite a while.  Additionally, new reviews come out occasionally so checking the website occasionally is worth it.  An also notable thing is that there was a “war” with the Nostalgia Critic… speaking of which…

This reviewer reviews videos and is between the Irate Gamer and AVGN in the “swearing”.  So, generally quite fun to watch.  As a sidenote, this reviewer reviews movies and also does other videos such as the Bum Reviews and Video Game Confessions.  The website hosts a ton of video commentators which you can look over as you want.

This site has rapid updates with a new movie every week or two at most.  So, check often, and be amused.
